Howard B. Goren, Esq.

Mr. Goren has been practicing law, since 1983. He is widely recognized by his peers as a reliable source in the title industry and the practice of real estate law.
Before joining Alliant, Howard was the owner of Supreme Title Company, Inc. (1990 – 2014), and a partner with its affiliated Law Firm, Goren & Margolies, LLC. Prior to creating Supreme Title, he served as in-house counsel for Yorkridge-Calvert Savings and Loan Association and Vice-President of Yorkridge-Calvert Title Company, where he gained valuable experience in conducting commercial and residential closings for the bank.
Mr. Goren is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Land Title Association, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, Ltd.
Mr. Goren is a sports fanatic who loves attending Ravens games with his sons, Jason and Brian. He and his wife, Emily, enjoy cruising, playing golf and attending NASCAR races.

Mr. Kazin has been practicing law since 1999, and has extensive experience addressing complex real estate issues through rigorous analysis and sound judgment.
His experience, which includes conducting over 10,000 real estate closings, encompasses a diverse mix of residential and commercial property transactions. He has successfully represented local and national businesses, non-profit organizations, mortgage lenders, SBA lenders, builders, developers, Realtors © and individuals, in numerous real estate transactions.

Jeffrey E. Margolies, Esq., Member

Mr. Margolies is nationally recognized for his extensive background in sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions. He pioneered and taught “The Principles of Title Industry Practice” at Catonsville Community College and is a popular and noted lecturer who conducts numerous real estate seminars throughout the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Area.
Mr. Margolies is a Past-President of the Maryland Land Title Association, and holds the special designation of “Certified Land Title Professional (CLTP)”. He is also a past Director of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and a member of the Real Property Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Land Title Association, and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
Mr. Margolies is admitted to practice before the:

During his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. He particularly enjoys weekend jaunts on his motorcycle and scuba diving vacations with his family.

Adam R. Rutherford, Esq., Member

Mr. Rutherford has been practicing law since 2019 and is widely regarded by his peers as a trusted resource in the title industry and real estate law.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law (2018) and his Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University (2015).
Mr. Rutherford’s experience includes representing a broad range of clients in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including Realtors®, national mortgage lenders, SBA law firms, builders and developers, institutional investors, and private individuals.
He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Maryland Land Title Association, and the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders. While in law school, he served as a Journal Editor for the Journal of Land & Development.
Outside of his practice, Mr. Rutherford enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, cheering on the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles, and playing golf.
